Here's a brief interview I did with Tova Friedman from Highland Park, NJ. Friedman and her family were forced from their home in Tomashow-Mazowiecki in central Poland. She arrived by cattle car in Auschwitz in the summer of 1944, and remained there until the concentration camp was liberated on January 27, 1945. The video was shot at a commemoration of International Holocaust Remembrance Day by artist Milton Ohring who used the number tattooed on Friedman's arm in two of his sculptures dedicated to the memory of the Holocaust. Video shot using the JVC GY-HM100U. Full article written for NorthJersey.com. A link is forthcoming.
